Weather-wise, July is a great time to visit London. The mornings and evenings are in the 60s and the daytime temperatures were in the 70s. Layering is definitely key.
This luxury hotel is located within walking distance of Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and Big Ben to name a few. The location was fantastic, but there were some cons to our hotel stay.

We love afternoon tea. Anytime we get a chance to have some afternoon tea, we’re there. When we booked our trip to London, we knew we had to do afternoon tea in the country where this tradition was born. We found the perfect Science Afternoon Tea at The Drawing Rooms and immediately booked it.
Stopping by Peggy Porschen Cakes has been on our list for a while. If you’re on Instagram, I’m sure you’ve seen this cute pink cafe on your feed at least once. We’re suckers for anything cute and Peggy Porschen definitely nails it. It’s one of the girliest cafes out there. Not only is their building adorable but their cupcakes are gorgeous.
We always like to do at least one quirky thing on our trips and when we stumbled upon ABQ London, we were immediately in! We’re both huge fans of the TV show, Breaking Bad, and this bar is based on that show where you can make your own cocktails in a more scientific way.

The name “Hi, hi” is quite catchy and the concept of the company is to book a private tour with a local in the destination you are traveling to. As soon as we saw the words “local” and “private”, we knew this was an experience we couldn’t pass up. We are all about finding hidden gems and it’s usually the locals that know where they are.
We had never been to England so when we heard that Norwegian Air was going to start offering direct flights from Tampa, Florida to London, we were thrilled! When we booked our flights to London, we decided to try their Premium Cabin.
