Hilton Tokyo Odaiba - Perfect Hotel for Your Odaiba Stay in Japan
Since we were making a visit to Oedo Onsen Monogatari in Odaiba, we wanted to check out the rest of the city while we were there and needed a place to stay. Hilton Tokyo Odaiba was the perfect hotel in a prime location!
If you're taking the Yurikamome line (which we highly recommend because the views are gorgeous) to Odaiba, Hilton Tokyo Odaiba i s located right next to the station. Once you exit the station, you head to your left and you'll see the grand hotel.
Hilton Tokyo Odaiba is a gorgeous hotel with multiple restaurants and lounges, meeting spaces, a gift shop, florist, currency exchange and laundry service. They even have numerous options for you to stay fit with a 24-hour gym, a jogging track, a walking track and a hiking trail. They also offer free shuttle service if you're making a trip to Tokyo Disneyland.
The staff were extremely helpful and check-in was a breeze. If you arrive early, the staff will hold the luggage for you until your check-in time which is 3 PM. Since I was a Hilton Gold member, we were upgraded to a room with the Tokyo Bay view. By the way, being a Hilton Gold member is super easy. All you have to do is sign up for their credit card and you're automatically a Gold member. Plus, you get one free night every year at any hotel of your choice. This includes 5-star luxurious hotels like Conrad Tokyo and I take full advantage of it every year.
Our room was located on the 5th floor at 531 and it was pretty spacious for Japanese standards. We had an incredible view of the Rainbow Bridge and we even had a large balcony. We were so excited to be staying here. The room came with two double beds, a little lounge area, desk area, LCD TV, safety deposit box, iron and ironing board, pajamas, mini bar and mini refrigerator.
The bathroom was also a good size with a tub, shower and the famous Japanese toilet with multiple buttons. They provided Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries which are known for great moisturizing products.
Something I always take note of in hotels are their wifi service and I'm happy to report that it worked exceptionally well with speedy service. You will be given a wifi pass code upon check-in.
This hotel has incredible views of Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge and you can enjoy the views while eating at their all-day buffet restaurant, Seascape Terrace Dining. We had the breakfast buffet here and they had a lot to offer like a live omelet station, traditional Japanese and American breakfast items, a variety of breads and multiple drink options. We tried almost everything and were pretty full by the end of our meal. I recommend getting here early for breakfast if you want the best view. We arrived pretty late around 9:30 AM and were seated pretty far from the window, which was a bummer because I love having breakfast while taking in the incredibly views.
The location of this hotel could not have been more perfect. We were right in the middle of everything and walking distance to popular spots like Fuji TV, Diver City Plaza and Decks.
We were extremely happy with our stay here and will be back for sure the next time we're in Odaiba.
